Oceanview Properties International Limited was a limited company registered in England & Wales with number 04201195.
It sold lots of off-plan property in Spain between 2001 to 2008. It had very close links with a variety of mortgage advisers who gave advice on new mortgages to funds the deposit or complete purchase of the Spanish Property. Some of the big names are Zurich Advice Network and St. James Place.
It had a very sophisticated sales process which included a variety of sporting celebrities to endorse the concept.
A lot of the Spanish Property was never built or was left valueless by the Spanish Property Market Crash.
There are many, many people who are now left with no way to repay the additional debt they were advised to take.

Oceanview Properties International Limited entered into administration on 13th January 2009. It was then the subject of a compulsory winding up order by the court in Birmingham on 9th March 2009. The liquidators have said there is no prospect of compensation.
